








Cotillion Club: Southern Charm Cotillion
Poise. Confidence. Grace. Southern Charm. For Every Occasion.
Southern Charm Cotillion Class is designed to help students develop the timeless skills that build confidence and set them apart in any social setting. Through a series of interactive lessons and engaging activities, students will learn how to carry themselves with respect, elegance, and kindness—both in formal occasions and everyday life.
Southern Charm Cotillion is for students in 5th and 6th grade.
Students Will Learn:
· Confidence in Social Settings: How to introduce themselves, engage in polite conversation, and interact respectfully with peers and adults.
· Dining & Table Manners: Proper table setting, dining etiquette, and how to be a gracious guest or host.
· Ballroom Dancing: Foundational dance steps and partner etiquette, including the waltz and other classic social dances.
· Thank You Notes & Correspondence: The importance of gratitude and how to write thoughtful, handwritten notes. *Students will write notes to Veterans, Senior Citizens, Children’s Hospital patients and more.
· Posture & Presentation: Tips for standing tall, entering a room with confidence, and presenting themselves with polish.
· Respect & Courtesy: Lessons in everyday manners, including how to show kindness and consideration to others.
This course is more than just etiquette—it’s an investment in self-respect, confidence, and the art of gracious living. Students leave empowered with the social tools they need to succeed—today and for years to come.
